I AM RAVEN

AND THIS IS ME!

Art has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started drawing when I was just five years old—mostly cats, which still hold a special place in my heart today. Over the years, what began as a childhood hobby turned into a lifelong passion and eventually, a dream come true: becoming a tattoo artist.

Tattooing didn’t just give me a career—it helped me grow into myself. I used to struggle with anxiety and intense social discomfort, but stepping into this industry has helped me build confidence I never imagined I’d have. The journey hasn’t always been easy—there were a lot of challenges along the way—but every step has been worth it. Sometimes, it still feels surreal.

Animals, especially cats, have always been close to my heart. I consider my cats my sons (yes, really!), and that deep connection makes pet tattoos and memorials especially meaningful for me. I pour a lot of love and emotion into those pieces—they’re some of the most heartfelt work I do.

My family has been an incredible support system from the start. My brothers were my first tattoo canvases, my dad gifted me my very first tattoo machine, and my mom even upgraded it later on. Both my mom and sister trusted me enough to tattoo them when I was just starting out, and I’m proud to say my sister is now pursuing her own tattoo journey with an apprenticeship in Maryland.

A little fun fact: my roots stretch from Wales to Kentucky, giving me a blend of cultural flavors that I cherish. Outside of tattooing, I love cooking, painting, cleaning (yes, really!), dressing up, doing my makeup, and capturing moments through photography. Every part of my life feeds into my art in one way or another.
